Summer Running

We’ve had a fair amount of feedback regarding summer runs.  Because we hope to have many high school runners joining us this summer, and because teenagers aren’t famous for waking up early, we are going to move our Tuesday runs from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm beginning Tuesday July 9.  If you are ever not sure, simply go to the Calendar tab at the website.  The run leader, details of run and location will be listed clearly.  As well, we will try to keep these workouts in the area around the track, the University of Waterloo and the Camp Kitchen, so that runners of all abilities can benefit.

The run days until July 9 are as follows:

Tuesday Mornings 6:30-8:00 am Conroy Track

Sunday Mornings 9 am River Mill Park 9 am

Beginning Tuesday July 9 the run times will be:

Tuesday Afternoons 5:30-7:00 pm Conroy Track

Thursday Afternoons 5:30-7:00 pm Conroy Track

Sunday Mornings 9 am TBA (consult calendar for location that day)
